Wellness Coaching is a program designed to help you create balance within yourself.


This monthly program will include:

  • 2, 60 minute weekly practices in person or virtual
  • Access to on demand video library
  • Discussions regarding nutrition and spiritual well-being
  • Journaling

This monthly program will help you take control of your wellness. As we meet twice a week we will work through the different struggles that will come up. If for any reason we need to miss a session I will have a customized routine for you to do at home on your own. There’s always a way to stay focused and keep motivated.

Misty Love Calhoun


Misty has been sharing yoga with the world since 2004. Her journey was much like those that we read about an our traditional yoga books. She didn’t find yoga, yoga found her. It became an experiment for her. As she got her family involved others wanted to be involved as well. Before she knew it she had enough students to have her first studio in Union Michigan. This was the start of a path and journey that has now became her lifestyle.
